If you're a disabled vet looking to for the Disney tickets. Don't even bother coming here. The only way you get them is if you're 100% disabled with the proper ID for it. Or, if the ITT office decides to sponser you and bring the tickets to the gate. Which they surely will not. I literally called about two days before, spoke to someone and she said there would be no issue just get through the gate. I live almost 2hrs away so I made sure they had it. When I get there, I was sent back, and the young man explained that I would have to be sponsored onto the base by them or with a welcome pass. Both were denied. Mind you, we were both disabled veterans with proof. And still they didn't want to help. I explained that last year was no issue. What response I got? "We don't even know how you got them last year. I'm 70% and I've never been able to use them. So unless you or someone you know is the spouse of active duty active or guard or 100% disabled we sell you the tickets" I had my whole trip planned and paid in advance, all I needed was the park admission. However, they don't care what your situation is or how far you came. They won't let the tickets go.
This is the ONLY place that discriminates based on your disabled percentage. Unreal. For the record, Disney only requires that an ID with military affiliation and the person be present for the tickets to be approved. There is no "100% only" bs that this place is trying to pull.
