I just had my Car fixed at this location last week and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The team was very knowledgeable and efficient on getting the work completed on time. At first I was a little reluctant to go there but I saw it was under new management so I took the chance and I am glad I did!!! The new General Manager Dan Strano really takes pride in his customer service. The team never tried to sell me on other repairs that weren't needed. They explained in detail what repairs were done and what could be done in a few months. I never felt pressured or uneasy in any way. I would recommend everyone on Base to use this facility from now on. You wont regret it!!!
I just got my brakes done here. I got a fair price and the whole process was hassle free. The service department was great and management was very helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone needing new tires or service to stop by.
Pricey but great customer service
Friendly service, helpful staff. Great place if you're getting your wheels aligned, balanced, or minor break repair. Anything else, take your car elsewhere. Paid $99 to have them check my cooling system, car overheated the next day and I had to burp the cooling system myself because of all the air in it.
I would highly recommend this service center to anybody! Had a ton of things done on my vehicle, and they had me in and out in a flash! Very reasonably priced, and for the first time I felt that I could really trust the people working on my car. The manager Dan Strano made sure my experience was truly exceptional. Will be returning for sure.
